How to Add Audio to Video in VLC


1. Open the video file in VLC media player.


2. Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Preferences.'


3. Select 'Input/Codecs' from the left side menu.


4. Under 'Audio codecs' select 'MPEG Audio Layer 2' from the drop-down menu.


5. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom.


6. Go to the 'Media' menu and select 'Open Multiple Files' or 'Open File.'


7. Select the video file and the audio file and click 'Open.'


8. VLC will automatically sync the audio and video files.


9. Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Codec Information.'


10. Under 'Video Codec' select 'MPEG-4 Video (XviD)' from the drop-down menu.


11. Under 'Audio Codec' select 'MPEG Audio Layer 2' from the drop-down menu.


12. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom.


13. The audio will be added to the video file.
