How to Remove Hardcoded Subtitles in VLC
1. Open VLC media player and select the video you want to remove the hardcoded subtitles from.
2. Go to the “Tools” menu and select “Codecs Information”.
3. Select the “Subtitles” tab.
4. If there are any hardcoded subtitles, you will see them listed here.
5. To remove the hardcoded subtitles, simply select the subtitle track and click on the “Remove” button.
6. Click “Save” and your video will no longer have any hardcoded subtitles.
