How to Fix Green Line at Bottom of VLC Player

1. Check the video/audio codecs: Sometimes the green line at the bottom of VLC Player is caused by the audio/video codecs used to encode your video. Make sure you are using the correct codecs.

2. Update VLC Player: If you are using an outdated version of VLC Player, updating it to the latest version may fix the issue.

3. Reset the preferences: If the issue persists, resetting the preferences in VLC Player may help. To do this, go to Tools > Preferences > Reset Preferences.

4. Disable hardware acceleration: Hardware acceleration can sometimes cause issues with VLC Player. To disable it, go to Tools > Preferences > Input & Codecs > Hardware-accelerated decoding. Set it to “Disable”.

5. Reinstall VLC Player: If none of the above solutions work, try reinstalling the player. This should fix any corrupted files that might be causing the issue.
