How to hide what games you play on steam

If you want to hide the games you play on Steam from your friends or the public, you can change your privacy settings on your Steam profile. Here are the steps:

1. Launch Steam and log in to your account.

2. Click on your username in the top-right corner of the screen to access your profile.

3. Click on "Edit Profile" under your profile picture.

4. Click on "My Privacy Settings" on the right-hand side of the screen.

5. Under the "Game details" section, choose the option that best suits your needs. If you want to completely hide the games you play from everyone, select "Private". If you want to share your game library with friends but hide the games you're currently playing, select "Friends Only".

6. Click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page to save your settings.

After changing your privacy settings, the games you play will no longer be visible to others on your Steam profile or in the Steam activity feed. Keep in mind that if you join a game lobby or multiplayer session, your friends may be able to see that you are playing that game. Additionally, your Steam achievements and playtime may still be visible to others, even if your game library is hidden.
