How to Install Phoenix on Kodi 17.3

Phoenix is a popular add-on for Kodi that allows users to access a variety of video content. Here are the steps to install Phoenix on Kodi 17.3:

1. Open Kodi and click on the "Settings" icon (gear icon) in the top left corner.

2. Select "File Manager" from the list of options.
